She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetic Sciences from India – LAD & Smt. R.P College-Nagpur. During her studies, she completed an internship at Unilever, working on the Closeup oral care brand.
Neha started her professional career at L’Oréal Research & Innovation, where she worked on Hair Métier, focussing on hair color products and technologies for emerging markets with Garnier. After L’Oreal, Neha worked as a research associate at Bridgedots TechServices, a contract product development company. She created sustainable cosmetic products with natural ingredients and managed product development from the initial stages to international product launches, including formulation, trials, and manufacturing.
Neha now works at Knowde as the Technical Lead for Home & Personal Care and regularly contributes to Knowde Periodical.
